WebHello, I was recently at a Chick-fil-A location where I mistakenly forgot to get my receipt and Chick-fil-A one was not working at the time so I couldn't scan for points. I have the sticker that went on the bag with the transaction number but I wanted to see what the process was to obtain the receipt at the store.
