After two weeks of back and forth conversations with them to get a refund, they refunded £160 to PayPal but I paid £189.99. I am now in dispute with them over this matter.

WebZero customer service. The boards themselves are good, but the company makes promises they don't keep. Ordered at the end of November. Next day postage was promised but they emailed 10 days later to say pick a different colour. We did. 7 days later that colour was posted. Missed the postage for Christmas.
